If you're interested in Nature, the Nani Mau Garden is a great place to see local Hawaiian greenery. The name means "Forever Beautiful" and this pictures proves it rightly so.

You can visit the Nani Mau Garden website for park hours and admission fees.

No, this isn't Wonka's Japanese branch factory. It's the Sapporo Beer Brewing Factory! If you stop off in Sapporo, you can take a tour of this and learn how one of Japan's favorite beers is made.

If you're traveling to Hiroshima for pleasure chances are you plan on visiting Peace Park. Peace Park is Hiroshima's grim reminder of the realities of Wolrd War II and the dropping of the first atomic bomb in war. This building, known as the Atomic Bomb Dome is the shell of a building hit during the atomic blast that rocked Hiroshima. It has been left there as a reminder to the people of Hiroshima, Japan, and the world of the horrific consequences of a nuclear war. The Atomic Bomb Dome and the rest of peace park is a must see for anybody stepping foot in the city.

Tokyo Train System Map

Here is a map of the Tokyo Train System. If you're planning a trip to Tokyo you'll probably want to look this over for a few minutes before you get there. Even a few minutes will help, trust me. Click the picture for a large version of the map.

One other thing worth mentioning is most Japanese signs are in Japanese and English. If you can read these words you'll be able to find your way in Tokyo. Unfortunately, English is used less often in smaller cities.
